Furnish your address, even if this address is temporary. Regulations of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) require you to submit this form to IIE within 15 days of the start date on your SEVIS Form DS-2019. However, IIE urges you to submit it immediately. Please remember that you are also expected to inform IIE promptly of any change in your personal data, such as your residence address, mailing address, or telephone number; see Personal Data Update.

Many institutions require copies of these documents before permitting you to register for classes or otherwise begin your study program. Inside, you will find important forms to be completed, together with information about your Fulbright sponsorship, the role of IIE as the administrative agency, your health insurance, and Fulbright enrichment activities.
Provide Information to Your IIE Regional ContactThroughout your Fellowship, you will have a contact from one of IIE’s Regional Centers to provide academic and personal assistance; see IIE Regional Contact.
