Information for Current Grantees - Special Programs for Fulbright Grantees

The United States Department of State and IIE have developed four special programs that will help you get the most from your Fellowship:

• Fulbright Preacademic Training Program – Every year the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs (ECA), provides preacademic training programs to Fulbright foreign grantees who will begin their academic programs in the fall. These programs provide an excellent introduction to student life in the United States and the Fulbright community.
• Enrichment Seminars, open to first-year grantees in any field of study.
• Cultural Events, organized in major metropolitan areas by IIE’s Regional Centers.
