Sponsor IIE information
Your grantee identification number is an 8-digit number indicated on your Fulbright Terms of Appointment and your IIE Fulbright Welcome Letter.
Your SEVIS ID is an 11-digit number beginning with “N” and located in the right hand corner of your DS-2019.
It is your responsibility to complete this form and submit it electronically to IIE. You must include your address, even if this address is temporary. Regulations of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) require you to submit this form to IIE within 15 days of the start date on your SEVIS Form DS-2019. However, IIE urges you to submit it immediately.
